Eligibility : Open to legal United States residents who (a) are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry; and (b) reside in one of the following metropolitan areas: Chicago (IL), Los Angeles (CA), New York (NY), or Washington (DC)(each a “Market”).

Promotion Period : Betwen 12:01 AM Central Time (“CT”) on April 15th, 2010 and 11:59 PM CT on July 1st, 2010

Prize (s):

Semifinalist Prize: There will be eight (8) Semifinalist Prizes, each consisting of (a) one (1) available Kenmore home appliance (refrigerator, range, microwave, range hood, or dishwasher) with a retail value of less than $3800 to be selected by the prize winner in accordance with these Official Rules; and (b) a Chicago Semifinal Travel Package as described below. The Chicago Semifinal Travel Package covers round-trip airfare for one (1) traveler from the major metropolitan airport nearest the winner’s home to Chicago to participate in Round Three of the Contest; one (1) round-trip ground transfer between the airport and the hotel in Chicago, Illinois; two (2) nights accommodations in a hotel in Chicago, Illinois to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; one (1) round-trip ground transfer between the hotel and the Kenmore Live Studio in Chicago, Illinois; and $300 in the form of a check made payable to the prize winner. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Semifinalist Prize: Up to $6200.

Finalist Prize: There will be two (2) Finalist Prizes, each consisting of (a) three (3) available Kenmore home appliances (refrigerator, range, microwave, range hood, or dishwasher) with a combined retail value of less than $9530 to be selected by the prize winner in accordance with these Official Rules ; and (b) a Chicago Final Travel Package as described below. Winner may not select (a) an appliance in the same appliance category as the one s/he received as part of the Semifinalist Prize, and (b) more than one appliance in the same appliance category.  For example, a Finalist may not select two refrigerators, and a Finalist who selected a refrigerator as part of his/her Semifinalist Prize may not select a refrigerator as part of his/her Finalist Prize. The Chicago Final Travel Package covers round-trip airfare for one (1) traveler from the major metropolitan airport nearest the winner’s home to Chicago to participate in Round Four of the Contest; one (1) round-trip ground transfer between the airport and the hotel in Chicago, Illinois; two (2) nights accommodations in a hotel in Chicago, Illinois to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; one (1) round-trip ground transfer between the hotel and the Kenmore Live Studio in Chicago, Illinois; and $300 in the form of a check made payable to the winner. ARV of the Finalist Prize: Up to $11,930.

Grand Prize: There will be one (1) Grand Prize, consisting of materials for a kitchen renovation. ARV of the Grand Prize: $20,000.
