Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec), who are at least 21 years of age.

Promotion Period : Starts on October 3, 2011 at 12:00 p.m. (noon) Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 31, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. ET

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person, per household, and per email address per day, regardless of method of entry.

Prize (s) :

GRAND PRIZE(1):Winner will have his/her choice of one of two Grand Prize options: (a) An exclusive Sports Illustrated Game Room package (to be delivered to the Winner’s address only), which includes a 50″ HDTV (make and model of HDTV to be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion), a love seat couch or sectional or other comparable seating (to be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion), a pool table with billiard lighting (size, make, and model of pool table and lighting to be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion), a surround sound entertainment center (make and model and exact details to be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion), a home bar (size and model of bar to be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion), and winner’s choice of four (4) Sports Illustrated cover decals (subject to availability of decals selected) (Installation of Game Room is NOT included) (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) is $15,000 US); or (b) a check in the amount of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000 US), made payable to the winner only (ARV is $15,000 US).
