Eligibility : The Wisconsin Cheeseburger Grill Giveaway Sweepstakes, (the “Sweepstakes” or the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States or District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.

Promotion Period : Wisconsin Cheeseburger Grill Giveaway Sweepstakes begins on 8/1/09 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), and ends on 9/30/09 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : Log on to www.cheeseandburger.com (“Web site”) to access the Promotion home page. Move the selector to The Vault button and follow the on screen instructions for registration. When you have truthfully completed the information fields and confirmed your agreement to the Official Rules, click on the “Submit” button.

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person/household/email address for the entire Promotion.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize: A Weber Summit S-670 Gas Grill and a Cheese Basket consisting of a variety of Wisconsin Cheeses, crackers and a cheese slicer. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $2,709.

Thirty (30) First Prizes: A Cheese Basket consisting of a variety of Wisconsin Cheeses, crackers and a cheese slicer. ARV $100 each.

Winners : For names of major Prize Winners send a self-addressed stamped envelope for receipt by 10/31/09 to: Wisconsin Cheeseburger Grill Giveaway Winners List, PO Box 2750, Winston-Salem, NC. For a copy of these Official Rules mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to the above address marked “OFFICIAL RULES” for receipt by 10/9/09. The names of winners may also be posted at www.cheeseandburger.com.
