Store 4646/Trans#741890, went to this store to buy lube guard shudder fix. After I got rung up the cashier said $10.06. I handed him $20.00 bill, he then said they do not have change that I needed $.06. so I found the $.06 in my vehicle. Here’s the point, when he opened the cash register he had change. My question is this, is this new approach to make your bottom line better or a instore scam. There were no signs posted stating the store had no change. Very disappointed in this transaction because I drive pass a Advance Auto which is within 1 mile of my home to do business 5 miles away. Please let me know what your policy is so I decide if I want to shop at your store, and let my friends know also. Thank You.
