Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is open to all residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico) who are (i) 21 years of age or older at time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time on May 20, 2010, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on June 20, 2010
