Motion Machine Interactive Exhibit Giveaway

Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the contiguous forty-eight (48) United States and Washington, DC (excluding such residents if located in Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, overseas military installations, or U.S. territories), who are eighteen (18) years and older as of the date of entry (an “Entrant”). THE FOLLOWING PROMOTION IS ONLY INTENDED FOR OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND/OR BOARD MEMBERS INVOLVED IN THE FOLLOWING INDUSTRIES: AMUSEMENT/THEME PARKS, CHILDREN’S MUSEUMS, HOSPITALS, ENTERTAINMENT AND SPORTS VENUES, ZOO’S, AND AQUARIUM/MARINE SCIENCE CENTERS.

Promotion Period : Begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on December 7, 2012 and ends at 3:00 p.m. EDT on May 1, 2013 (the “Promotion Period”).

Prize (s) :

First Place- One winner receives the following: Helios Creative Inc. Motion Machine Ball Raceway Interactive Exhibit. Maximum height 12’, maximum depth 3’, and maximum width 10’. Winner responsible for any increase or changes to any of the above specifications noted above and additional costs will be the responsibility of the winner if applicable. Custom building an exhibit is prohibited. Sponsor will design and fabricate exhibit based on current specifications noted above. Exhibit specifications may be decreased to fit winner’s allocated space at no charge to the winner. Sponsor responsible for shipping costs and installation. Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)-$10,000

Second-Place-One winner receives the following: a $5,000 Credit towards the purchase of an Interactive Exhibit of $10,000 or more in ARV- Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”). Winner responsible for shipping and installation costs. Prize expires if not redeemed within 90 days of notification and winner will receive a $100.00 retail gift card in lieu of forfeiting the prize.

Third Place-One winner receives the following: a $2,500 Credit towards the purchase of an Interactive Exhibit of $7,500 or more in ARV-Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”). Winner responsible for shipping and installation costs. Prize expires if not redeemed within 90 days of notification and winner will receive a $50.00 retail gift card in lieu of forfeiting the prize.
