Pedigree Dentastix Denture Your Dog Contest

Eligibility : Open to individual legal residents of the 50 U.S. and District of Columbia who are the age of majority in their states of residence or older as of 2/11/10

Promotion Period : The Contest has three entry periods: (1) beginning at Noon ET on 2/11/10 and ending at 11:59:59am ET on 2/28/10; (2) beginning at Noon ET on 3/1/10 and ending at 11:59:59am ET on 3/31/10 and (3) beginning at Noon ET on 4/1/10 and ending at 11:59:59am ET on 4/30/10 (each, an “Entry Period”).

How To Enter : Complete official entry form available at www.dogsrule.com (“Contest Site”), including a photograph featuring your dog (your “Photo”), and follow the on-screen instructions to “denture” your Photo by using the application available on the Contest Site to add teeth and sound effects to your Photo from among the options available.

Limit : one (1) entry per dog and email address.

Prize (s):

One (1) Prize: (a) winner’s Photo will be used in an advertisement for PEDIGREE® DENTASTIX® Oral Care Snackfood in an issue of a national magazine determined by Sponsor scheduled for publication between approximately August 1, 2010 and October 31, 2010 and (b) a one-year supply of PEDIGREE® DENTASTIX® Oral Care Snackfood (Small/Medium, 5.57 oz. size) awarded as thirty seven (37) packages. Approximate Retail Value of Prize: $148.
