The SiriusXM 80s Cruise 2020 Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States who have been an ACTIVE SIRIUSXM SUBSCRIBER, WITH EITHER A SELF-PAID OR AN INTRODUCTORY TRIAL SUBSCRIPTION IN SPONSOR’S DATABASE CONTINUOUSLY SINCE AT LEAST JULY 9, 2019; and are at least 21 years of age at time of entry. The Sweepstakes begins at 5:00 PM ET on July 25, 2019 and ends at 3:00 AM ET on September 20, 2019. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON AND ONE PER HOUSEHOLD. The grand prize consists of (a) round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) to Miami, FL, from a major commercial airport in the continental United States, nearest to winner’s primary residence, as determined by Sponsor; provided that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the Destination; (b) ground transportation from Miami, FL airport to hotel, from hotel to cruise port and from cruise port to airport; (c) one (1) hotel accommodation for one (1) night (one double occupancy room and room tax only) in Miami, FL checking in on March 7, 2020 and checking out on March 8, 2020; (d) accommodations in one (1) Ocean View Stateroom for seven (7) nights on The 80s Cruise for winner and guest, from March 8, 2019 to March 15, 2019 departing from Miami, FL to San Juan, PR, Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas, Punta Cana, DR, and Labadee, Haiti, including Port Charges/Taxes/Gratuities.
