Eligibility : The Spangler Candy Pop Star Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 U.S. and the District of Columbia and who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.
Promotion Period : The Spangler Candy Pop Star Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 15, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET October 18, 2009 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
How To Enter : Log on to www.dumdumpops.com. Click on the icon for the “Pop Star” sweepstakes.
Limit : Limit one entry per person and per child within participating household.
Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize Winner will have the opportunity to name a Dum Dum lollipop after their Child, $2,500 cash (in the form of a check), a 120 GB iPod Classic® and a trip for Winning Child and three guests to Bryan, Ohio, for a VIP Tour of Spangler Candy Company. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $5,250.
Trip consists of round trip coach air transportation for Winning Child, their parent or legal guardian, and two (2) guests from a major airport near winner’s residence to an airport near Bryan, OH, meals, ground transportation between airport near Bryan and Bryan, and standard hotel accommodations for four (4).
Ten (10) Second Prizes: A 16 GB iPod Nano® (ARV $199).
Forty (40) Third Prizes: A 1 GB iPod Shuffle® (ARV $49).
One Hundred (100) Fourth Prizes: An iTunes® Gift Card (ARV $25).
