You + Blue York Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The You + Blue York Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, who are at least eighteen (18) years old as of the Sweepstakes Start Date.

Promotion Period : The You + Blue York Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) will begin at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on April 5, 2010 (“Sweepstakes Start Date”) and end at 12:00 p.m. PT on June 15, 2010 (“Promotion Period”)

How To Enter : Enter by simply completing the online Sweepstakes registration form located at www.triabeauty.com/blueyork

Limit : Limit one entry per person per mailing and/or e-mail address during the promotion period regardless of method of entry.

Prize (s):

There will be One (1) Grand Prize winner and three (3) First Prize winners.

The Grand Prize winner will receive a 3 day / 2 night trip for two (2) to New York City, New York (“City”). The trip for two (2) includes: i) round trip transportation: if winner resides more than one hundred (100) miles from the City, round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) persons between the major metropolitan airport nearest winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) and an airport in or near the City; and if winner resides within one hundred (100) miles from the City, Sponsor-selected round-trip ground transportation for two (2) persons between winner’s residence and the hotel., ii) Standard double occupancy luxury hotel accommodations (one room) for 2 (two) nights, iii) Bloomingdale’s Shopping Spree (ARV – $500), iv) TRIA Be Clear Starter Kit (ARV – $395), v) BlissSpa Treatments (ARV – $500), and vi) Spending Stipend ($100). The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $3,495.

Each First Prize winner will receive a TRIA Be Clear Starter Kit. The ARV of each First Prize is $395.
