Eligibility : The Ultimate Home Gym Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and residing in the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all other territories) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Ultimate Home Gym Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on Friday, February 13, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on Thursday, April 30, 2009 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

How To Enter :  To enter the Sweepstakes, visit www.smoothfitnesssweepstakes.com (the “Sweepstakes Website”) and complete the entry form with your true and correct information and click the “Enter” button. After entering your registration information and clicking on the “Enter” button, you will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry.

Limit : One (1) entry per person and/or email address during the Sweepstakes Period

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) is $2,299.

First Place Prize: The First Place Prize Winner will receive a Smooth 9.35HR Treadmill. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) is $1,999.

Second Place Prize: The Second Place Prize Winner will receive a Smooth UB4 Bike. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) is $699.
