Meet Mike Rowe Cat Dealer Promotion

Eligibility : The Meet Mike Rowe Cat Dealer Promotion (“Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (excluding residents of Minnesota, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, West Virginia, Puerto Rico, the US Territories and Possessions), District of Columbia and Canada (excluding residents of the province of Quebec) who are: (i) physically located and reside in the United States (excluding residents of Minnesota, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, West Virginia, Puerto Rico, the US Territories and Possessions), District of Columbia and Canada (excluding residents of the province of Quebec); (ii) 18 years of age or older for United States residents or of the age of majority or older in the province or territory of residence for residents of Canada. Void in Minnesota, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, West Virginia, Puerto Rico, the US Territories and Possessions and the Province of Quebec as well as where prohibited or restricted by law or regulation.

Promotion Period : Between 12:00:01 a.m. CT on December 1, 2010 and 11:59:59 p.m. CT on February 11, 2011 (the “Promotion Period”)

Prize (s):

Two (2) entrants will be selected at random by each Dealer. Each selected entrant will then be asked a trivia question, as stated below, which upon answering correctly, will be deemed a winner (each referred to herein as “Winner” or collectively as “Winners”). Each Winner will receive Two (2) tickets to the 2011 CONEXPO-CON/AGG. Trade Show (travel and accommodations included), on the week of March 22 to be determined by the individual participating Dealer respectively; each Winner will also receive admittance for two (2) to the V.I.P. meet and greet with Mike Rowe sponsored by Caterpillar. Total Winner’s Package Value $2,000.00. (Note: The value will range based on Dealer chosen accommodations to be provided). There are a total of 21 Dealers participating and therefore a total of 42 Winners

Winner List : The list of Winners shall be posted at each participating Dealer as well as at www.cat.com on or about March 1, 2011 and for 60 days thereafter.
