The NBA Finals Sweepstakes begins on May 21, 2023 and ends on July 9, 2023. To get started, visit https://www.starrysweeps.com, follow the on-screen directions to complete and submit the online registration form. Once you have successfully registered, you will then be prompted to launch the camera on your mobile device and give the Website access to your camera. Scan the Starry logo on the front of any Starry product. Limit 3 entry scans/mail-ins per person/email address, per day during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of Entry.

This Starry Sweepstakes 2023 is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Alaska and Hawaii, who are at least 18 years of age and the age of majority in their state of residence (at least 19 in Alabama and Nebraska) at the time of entry.
