Eligibility : This Caterpillar Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of: (i) one of the fifty (50) United States (excluding the states of Florida, New York, Rhode Island and excluding Puerto Rico and the US Territories and Possessions), (ii) the District of Columbia, or (iii) Canada (excluding Quebec); and who are (b) at least the age of majority in their state or district of residency (in respect of United States residents) or be at least the age of majority in the province or territory of residency (in respect of Canadian residents).
