Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and D.C., who are the age of majority in his/her state of residence at the time of entry. Participants must be a Channellock account holder in order to enter the Sweepstakes.
Promotion Period : Begin at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on September 5, 2012 and end at 11:59:59 p.m. EST on January 13, 2013 (“Promotion Period”).

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person and household (mailing address) per day.
Prize (s) :
One (1) Grand Prize winner, upon confirmation of eligibility, will receive a prize package including CHANNELLOCK® tools ($2,000), a HDTV ($500), 12-drawer tool chest ($200), a generator ($1,000), a mini refrigerator ($500), a world-class grill ($800), and miscellaneous grill elements. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize package is $5,000.
