Hasbro Holiday Toy Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Hasbro Holiday Toy Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (excluding Maine) and the District of Columbia, who are at least five (5) years of age and no older than seventeen (17) years of age on the date of entry.

Promotion Period : Participants may enter the Hasbro Holiday Toy Sweepstakes from 7:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on November 23, 2009 until 11:59:59 p.m. PT on December 6, 2009 (the “Entry Period”).

How To Enter : To enter the Sweepstakes, participants must log on to CartoonNetwork.com/Toys during the Entry Period and follow the directions to enter and submit participant’s email address.

Limit : one (1) entry per person, e-mail address and household per calendar day.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive five hundred (500) Hasbro toys and games of the Sponsors’ choice, including one (1) of each of the Second Prizes, described below, with a total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Six Thousand Five Hundred Dollars($6,500) and one thousand dollars ($1,000) in spending money. The total ARV of the Grand Prize is seven thousand five hundred dollars ($7,500).

Five Hundred (500) Second Prize Winners will each receive one of the following Hasbro toys or games, as randomly determined by Administrator:

One hundred twenty-five (125) Second Prize Winners will each receive one (1) LITTLEST PET SHOP ONLINE LPSO PETS, with an ARV of fifteen dollars and ninety-nine cents ($15.99) each;

One hundred twenty-five (125) Second Prize Winners will each receive one (1) BOP IT! game, with an ARV of nineteen dollars and ninety-nine cents ($19.99) each;

One hundred twenty-five (125) Second Prize Winners will each receive one STAR WARS: THE CLONE WARS DUEL ACTION LIGHTSABER, with an ARV of thirty-four dollars and ninety-nine cents ($34.99); and

One hundred twenty-five (125) Second Prize Winners will each receive a TRANSFORMERS BUMBLEBEE VOICE MIXER, with an ARV of thirty-nine dollars and ninety-nine cents ($39.99) each.
