Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) age six (6) through fifteen (15) years old at the time of entry.
Promotion Period : Begins on August 17, 2011 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on October 20, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. ET

Prize (s) :
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A prize package which includes the opportunity to receive a ride to winner’s school, located in one of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States, in Bumblebee automobile (and Optimus Prime vehicle will be present either at winner’s school or at winner’s home; Sponsor will determine all details regarding the ride to school and appearance of Optimus Prime vehicle in its sole discretion), $1,380 awarded as a check to winner, and an assortment of toys selected by Sponsor. The assortment of toys consists of two (2) Basic Human Alliance convertible figures, two (2) Human Alliance convertible figures, four (4) Cyberverse Action Set convertible figures, a 3-D Sneak Peek OP Commander, two (2) Activators convertible figures, four (4) Robo Fighters convertible figures, two (2) Go-Bots convertible figures, four (4) Bash Bots convertible figures, four (4) Revving Robots convertible figures , four (4) Feature 3D mask figures, two (2) Energon Shock Swords, two (2) Basic Costume figures (with mask and jumpsuit, size will be determined after is winner confirmed), eight (8) select Cyberverse Commander convertible figures (an Optimus Prime with Jet pack, a Sentinel Prime with Sword and Shield, a Megatron with Cannon, and an Ironhide with Blasters), fourteen (14) select Cyberverse Legion convertible figures (Bumblebee, Barricade, Crankcase, Autobot Topspin, Autobot Skids, Sideswipe, and Mudflap figures), twenty (20) select MechTech Deluxe convertible figures with weapons (Bumblebee, Autobot Ratchet, Starscream, Autobot Skids, Roadbuster, Crankcase, Sideswipe, Jolt, and Autobot Topspin figures), six (6) select MechTech Voyager convertible figures with weapons (a Megatron, an Ironhide, and an Optimus Prime), and six (6) select MechTech Leader battery operated convertible figures with weapons (a Bumblebee, a Firetruck, and an Ironhide). Approximate Retail Value: $4,595.12.
