2009 Godiva Valentine’s Day Game

Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the 50 US (including DC) & Canada (excluding Province of Quebec), who are of legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside (& at least 18 in the US & 19 in Canada) as of 1/9/09

Promotion Period : From 1/9/09 to 2/27/09 (or while supplies last)

How To Enter : You may play one of two ways: 1) Look inside specially marked Godiva® Chocolatier Valentine’s Day Gift Boxes $25 US/$30 Canada & up (excluding tax) from 1/9/09 to 2/27/09 (or while supplies last); OR 2) For a free game piece & Official Rules by mail (while supplies last) send a self-addressed, stamped envelope (“SASE”) (VT and Canadian residents may omit return stamp) postmarked by 3/2/09 & received by 3/10/09 to: 2009 Godiva Valentine’s Day Game, P.O. Box 17021, Bridgeport, CT 06673-7021. One request per stamped outer envelope. Mechanical reproductions will be void. If your in-box card/free game piece says “Congratulations!” follow the claim directions indicated on your game card. All prize claims must be received by 3/31/09 & are subject to verification of eligibility, game piece & compliance with the terms of these rules. Once verified by the judges, you win the prize indicated. If your in-box card/free game piece says “While this card does not contain a winning message…” you did not win. Prize (s):

(1) Grand Prize: Trip to New York City consists of round-trip coach air transportation for winner and (1) guest from major airport nearest to winner’s primary residence in the U.S. or Canada, 2-nights accommodations in a Godiva chocolate themed suite (one (1) standard room, double occupancy) at a high-end luxury property in New York City (to be selected by Sponsor) on dates designated by Sponsor, ground transfers to/from the airport while in New York, a check in the amount of $1,500 (for winner only) & a private chocolate tasting session & dinner for two (2) at a restaurant of Godiva’s choice (excluding alcoholic beverages). (Approximate Retail Value “ARV” of total Grand Prize package: $9,000 US/Odds: 1:500,000).
