2010 Buick Road Trip Sweepstakes

Eligibility :  This Sweepstakes is only open to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) states of the United States, D.C. and Canada (excluding Puerto Rico and the province of Quebec), who are physically located and residing therein and who are 21 years of age or older as of May 24, 2010 and who possess a valid Social Security, personal tax I.D. number or Social Insurance Number issued by the appropriate government agency.

Promotion Period : The 2010 Buick Road Trip Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 09:00:01 A.M. on May 24, 2010 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. on July 6, 2010 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize (“GP”): GP consists of one (1) trip to be shared by GP winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to San Francisco, CA. Trip includes round-trip coach-class air transportation for GP winner and Guest from a major commercial airport (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion) near the GP winner’s residence in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico and the province of Quebec in Canada) to San Francisco, CA; five (5) night, single room/double occupancy standard hotel accommodations; economy size rental for six (6) days; GP also includes tee time for two (2) to play at three (3) local golf courses throughout California. GP winner only will receive $500.00 U.S. spending money (to be issued in the form of a check made out in winner’s name). During the Trip GP Winner and Guest will drive to Bodega Bay, Far Niente Winery in Oakville, CA, San Francisco and Half Moon Bay. (Exact itinerary and excursions to be determined at the Sponsor’s sole discretion).

Day 1:    *Arrive in San Francisco

Day 2:    *One (1) round of Golf for two (2) at Bodega Bay Harbour Golf Links for GP Winner and Guest.

*Tour of Far Niente Winery for GP Winner and Guest

Day 3:    *Winner and Guest Drive to San Francisco

*One (1) round of Golf for two (2) at Presidio Golf Course for GP Winner and Guest

*Dinner for Winner and Guest on Fisherman’s Wharf (Dinner not to exceed $100. Alcohol not included) (Restaurant to be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion)

(Lodging arrangements to be made by Sponsor at its sole discretion after Trip is actually booked)

Day 4:    *Winner and Guest Drive to Half Moon Bay

(Lodging arrangements to be made by Sponsor at its sole discretion after Trip is actually booked)

Day 5:    *One (1) round of Golf for two (2) at Half Moon Bay for GP Winner and Guest (Golf    course to be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion)

*Tour of Mavericks Surf Shop for GP Winner and Guest

Day 6:    *Depart San Francisco

Grand Prize also includes one (1) Golf Channel Prize Pack containing one (1) Golf Channel shirt, (1) Golf Channel visor, (1) Golf Channel towel, one (1) Golf Channel ball marker, one (1) Golf Channel pennant flag and one (1) Peak Vision Sunglasses (Exact content to be determined at the Sponsor’s sole discretion).

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of GP is: $5,794.48 U.S.  Travel must be completed by August 6, 2011 or GP will be forfeited and no compensation will be awarded.

Six (6) Weekly Sweepstakes Prizes (one (1) prize per Weekly Sweepstakes): Each Weekly Sweepstakes prize consists of one (1) Golf Channel Prize Pack containing one (1) Golf Channel shirt, (1) Golf Channel visor, (1) Golf Channel towel, one (1) Golf Channel ball marker, one (1) Golf Channel pennant flag and one (1) Peak Vision Sunglasses (Exact content to be determined at the Sponsor’s sole discretion). (ARV of each Weekly Sweepstakes Prize is: $240.48 U.S.)
