2010 NIVEA AVP Happiness Sweepstakes

Eligibility : 2010 NIVEA AVP Happiness Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous states in the United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and have Internet access and a valid e-mail address prior to July 22, 2010.

Promotion Period : The Sweepstakes begins on July 22, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), ends on September 2, 2010 at 10:00 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”)

Prize (s):

One (1) “Grand Prize”: A trip for two to Hermosa Beach, CA to attend the AVP NIVEA Volleyball Invitational from September 17, 2010 to September 19, 2010. Drawing held as part of drawing for the weekly prizes of Weekly Drawing 5. Trip package includes: roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for two from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles, CA and roundtrip ground transportation between destination airport and hotel via private car service; meet and greet at the players’ tent; two (2) nights’ accommodations at hotel determined by Sponsor (single room, double occupancy); and $250 spending money for the winner for meals. Winner must be available to attend the AVP NIVEA Volleyball Invitational from September 17, 2010 to September 19, 2010. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $2,930. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value.

Weekly drawings: One (1) prize per winner, drawn as follows:

Weekly Drawing 1 Prizes: Three (3) Signed AVP Volleyballs. ARV: $14.95.

Weekly Drawing 2 Prizes: Three hundred (300) NIVEA Lip Care Products. ARV: $2.49. Flavor of Lip Care product to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

Weekly Drawing 3 Prizes: Twenty (20) AVP T-shirts. ARV: $16.95. Size, style, and color determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, although Sponsor will attempt to award winner’s preferred size.

Weekly Drawing 4 Prizes: Twenty (20) AVP Hoodie. ARV: $39.95. Size, style, and color determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, although Sponsor will attempt to award winner’s preferred size.

Weekly Drawing 5 Prizes (2 drawn in Weekly Drawing 5): Two (2) Signed photographs of AVP players. ARV: $20.00. Player photographs to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
