2011 CMT Music Awards and Garnier Fructis Proven to Perform Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all off-shore U.S. Territories and possessions. Entrants must be at least 21 years of age or older at time of entry.

Promotion Period : Commences at 6:00:01 PM (CT) on May 4, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (CT) on May 30, 2011

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per Online Entrant per day.

Prize (s) :

Grand Prize: The Grand Prize Winner will receive a flyaway trip for two (2) for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (the “Guest”) to the 2011 CMT Music Awards in Nashville, Tennessee

Secondary Prizes: Each of the Second Place Prize Winners will receive one (1) Garnier Fructis Product Basket prize pack (the “Second Place Prize”) or together with the Grand Prize, the “Prize(s)”.

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $4,500.00, and the ARV of each Second Place Prize is $50.00.
