2013 Magic Hat Jam Cruise 12 Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open to legal US residents of AZ, CA, CT, CO, DE, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, MS, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VT, VA, WA, WV and WI who are 21 years of age or older on April 1, 2013, and who have a valid email address.

Promotion Period : Begins at approximately 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 04/01/13 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on 07/31/13 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit : There is a limit of one entry per person.

Prize (s) :

One (1) Grand Prize :
(i) round-trip coach class airfare for Winner and three (3) guests from the major international airport that is, in the sole discretion of the Sponsor, closest to Winner’s home (restrictions apply) to Miami, FL (or, if the Winner and three (3) guests reside nearby the trip destination, round trip transportation, determined by the Sponsor, to Miami, FL (restrictions apply)), (ii) accommodations for one night (two rooms, double occupancy) at a hotel of Sponsor’s choice in Miami, FL, (iii) four (4) tickets to a performance scheduled at a music venue of Sponsor’s choice, subject to availability, (iv) accommodations for four (4) persons aboard Jam Cruise 12 (based on one quad cabin, 4 persons), (v) ground transportation between the airport and hotel, (vi) ground transportation between the cruise ship and airport, and (vii) $100 worth of Magic Hat apparel and merchandise. Jam Cruise 12 is tentatively scheduled during January, 2014. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize is U.S. $9,640.00 but will vary depending on the location of Winner’s residence and the mode of transportation awarded.
