Eligibility : Open to individuals legally residing in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Commences 11:59 a.m. Central Daylight Time (“CDT”) on May 14, 2012 and ends 11:59 a.m. CDT on June 28, 2012 (the “Sweepstakes Period”)

Limit : There is a limit of a total of three (3) entries per e-mail address regardless of entry method.

Prize (s) :

Grand Prize: The one (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip (“Trip”) for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) travel companion (“guest”) to attend the premiere of the Bourne Legacy (“Premiere”) in New York or Los Angeles (“Destination City”) and on dates to be determined by Sponsor or its designees. The total ARV of the Grand Prize including airfare, lodging, ground transportation and premiere tickets is $ $4,982.

First Place Prizes: Each of the three [3] First Place Winners will receive: one (1) Tumi Bag with an ARV of $295, one (1) American Airlines Gift Card with an ARV of $500, one (1) Nikon Camera with an ARV of $199, one (1) set of Bose QuietComfort® 15 headphones with an ARV of $299.95, one (1) Admirals Club Pass with an ARV of $100, one (1) Bourne Trilogy Box set with an ARV of $34.96, one (1) package including pajamas, amenity kit and neck pillow with an ARV of $100. The total ARV of the each First Place Prize is $1528.91.
