Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Begins on December 8, 2011 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on January 10, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET

Limit : You may enter one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s) :

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for two (2) to the Grammy Awards. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles, CA; two (2) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); $250 spending money for the winner provided by Concord Music; and two (2) tickets to the Grammy Awards on February 12, 2012. Approximate Retail Value: $2,275.
