ABCFamily.com/pumpmystyle – ABC Family’s Pump My Style Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open only to persons, who are, as of Entry, 14 years of age or older, legal residents of, and physically located within, the 50 United States or D.C. (collectively, “Territory”)

Promotion Period : Commencing at 9:00 A.M., August 20, 2012 and ending at 11:59:59 P.M., September 3, 2012 (“Entry Period”).

Limit : Entries are limited to one (1) Entry per person/Address per day regardless of whether one person has more than one Address or more than one person use the same Address.

Prize (s) :

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE:  A three (3) day / two (2) night trip for winner and one (1) guest to Los Angeles, California (“City”), on Sponsor-selected dates (“Trip”) consisting of the following elements: [1] a visit with an ABC Family stylist for the winner (only) subject to availability, scheduling and Sponsor’s selection and discretion (“Makeover”), [2] a skin consultation with an Epiduo representative (“Skin Consultation”) for the winner only; [3] hotel accommodations (one standard room/double occupancy, including room tax) for two (2) nights; [4] hotel/Makeover transfers; [5] if winner’s residence is located more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from the City, round-trip coach air transportation on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) and a Sponsor-selected major airport in or near the City; but if winner’s residence is located less than two hundred fifty (250) miles from the City, round-trip ground transportation via a Sponsor-selected method between winners’ residence and the hotel; and [6] airport/hotel transfers.  Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $4,150 which will vary depending upon points of departure and destination and seasonal fluctuation of hotel rates and airfares.
