Visit Amazon.com and fill in the entry form including your name, email address and phone number. Then, click “Submit” to be entered into the sweepstakes for a chance to win.

Limit.
You can enter only once during the Sweepstakes Period.

Timing.
Enter between 12:00:01 a.m. (PT) on September 16, 2014 and 11:59:59 p.m. (PT) on September 22, 2014.

Eligibility.
If you are an individual legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and are the older of 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your state of residence at the time of entry, you are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.

Prizes.
One winner will be awarded the Grand Prize consisting of :

• •A trip for the winner and his/her guest to Oakland, CA on or about October 17-19, 2014, to attend the Experience Hendrix concert in Oakland, CA on October 18, 2014.
  The Trip has an approximate retail value of $2,550.00 and consists of;
• •2 nights standard hotel accommodations for the winner and his/her guest at an Oakland area hotel to be determined by Sponsor or SME in their sole discretion;
• •Round trip economy class airfare for the winner and one guest departing from a major airport near the winner’s residence and arriving at an airport in the Oakland area;
• •Roundtrip ground transportation for the winner and his/her guest to/from Airport;
• •Tickets for the winner and his/her guest to attend the Experience Hendrix concert in Oakland, CA on October 18, 2014.

We will also award the Grand Prize winner a Fender Standard Stratocaster electric guitar which as an ARV of $499.99.

The total ARV of all prizes is $3,049.99.
