One Grand Prize winner will receive the Grand Prize which consists of either a trip for 2 to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (the “Trip”), or the cash equivalent of $4,800.00. The Trip consists of:
• Round trip economy class airfare for the winner and 1 guest departing from a major airport near the winner’s residence (within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia) and arriving at a major international airport in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (the “Airport”);
• 4 nights standard hotel accommodations for the winner and his/her guest (single room, double occupancy) at a hotel to be determined by Sponsor (the “Hotel”); and
