AMERICAN COUNTRY AWARDS Flyaway Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. (i.e., excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions), who are physically located and residing therein. Each entrant (“Entrant”) must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Begins at 6:00 pm Eastern Time (“ET”) on Monday, October 21, 2013 and ends on Friday, November 15, 2013 at 11:59 pm ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit : Limit of one (1) entry per person for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize (s) :

Grand Prize (1) : One (1) Grand Prize winner (“GP Winner”) will receive a 3-day /2-night trip for GP Winner and one (1) guest to Las Vegas, Nevada (the “Trip”) to attend the American Country Awards.
(a.) Round-trip coach class airfare for GP Winner and guest from a major airport serviced by Delta Air Lines with regularly scheduled commercial flights closest to the GP Winner’s permanent residence to a Las Vegas-area airport;
(b.) Two(2) nights hotel accommodation for GP Winner and guest at a hotel selected by the Sponsor (one room, double occupancy, room & tax only);
(c.) airport transfers to/from the hotel;
(d.) $250 spending money; and
(e.) access for two (2) people to attend the American Country Awards, currently scheduled to take place on December 10, 2013 (the “Event”).
