Eligibility : The “AOL’s How Do You Know Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Sweepstakes starts at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) on November 22, 2010 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PST on December 19, 2010 (the “Entry Period”)

Prize (s):

One (1) grand prize winner will receive a trip to Santa Barbara, California, which includes:  (a) round-trip coach airfare for the grand prize winner and one (1) guest (the “Guest”) from an airport near the grand prize winner’s residence to Santa Barbara, California, determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion (including taxes and fees); (b) hotel accommodations for two (2) nights at a hotel determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only); (c) one (1) $250 gift card from a major credit card company; and (d) one (1) $250 SpaFinder gift certificate. The total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize is $2,500.
