Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the 48 Contiguous United States and District of Columbia (excludes Alaska and Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions) who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry.

Promotion Period : Begins at 12:00:00 p.m. (noon) Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on May 23, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. EST on August 5, 2012 (the “Promotion Period”).

Prize (s) :

One (1) Grand Prize: Trip for winner and a guest to Los Angeles, California to meet-and-greet with Heidi Klum and a celebrity stylist. Winner will receive a style consultation with the celebrity stylist and a $500 gift card. Trip will include roundtrip coach class airfare for two (winner and a guest) from a major commercial airport near winner’s home to Los Angeles (if more than 100 miles), two (2) days/one (1) night double occupancy hotel accommodations at a hotel of the Sponsor’s choosing (room and room tax only), ground transfers between airport and hotel, and a $200 pre-paid card for food. The Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is $2,865.98.
