Prize (s) :

Grand Prize winner will receive a three (3) day/two (2) night trip to the AXA Gorilla retirement destination determined by entry votes, consisting of round-trip coach air transportation for two from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest to the winner’s residence in the U.S., standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations (one (1) room) (“Grand Prize”). The maximum aggregate cost included in the prize for airfare and hotel accommodations referenced above is $4,000.00, including all taxes and fees. Winner is responsible for costs of airfare and hotel expenses over $4,000.00 and all ground transportation. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $4,000.00.

(4) First Prizes: First Prize drawings will be held each Monday during the Sweepstakes Period among all valid entries received from 12:00 a.m. ET the previous Monday to 11:59 p.m. ET Sunday (“First Prize Drawing Period”) to win one (1) Kindle Fire (Full Color 7″ Multi-touch Display, Wi-Fi) (“First Prize”) (each of the Grand Prize and any First Prize are a “Prize” and are collectively referred to as “Prizes”) each week during the Sweepstakes Period for a total of four (4) First Prizes. ARV of each First Prize is US$199.

Winner List : For a list of Sweepstakes winners, send a hand-printed, self-addressed, stamped envelope to Winners List – “The AXA Equitable Destination Retirement Sweepstakes”, c/o AXA Equitable, 1290 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10104. The request for the winners list must be received by December 31, 2011.
