Battlestar Galactica : The Plan Dinner with the Admiral Contest

Eligibility : Battlestar Galactica : The Plan Dinner with the Admiral Contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Battlestar Galactica : The Plan Dinner with the Admiral Contest (“Contest”) starts at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on 10/21/09 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on 11/20/09 (the “Entry Period”).

How To Enter : During the Entry Period, you may enter via the Internet by logging at http://www.ugo.com/BattlestarContest (the “Entry Site”) and following the directions to complete the online entry in its entirety

Limit : ONLY ONE (1) UNIQUE ENTRY INTO THE CONTEST PER PERSON AND/OR E-MAIL ADDRESS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Prize (s):

GRAND PRIZE (1): The Grand Prize shall consist of a trip for Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion (specific dates of travel are to be determined, but expected to be in January or February 2010) to Los Angeles, CA (“LA”) to share a meal with the actor Edward James Olmos (“Event”). Grand Prize shall include: (i) roundtrip (“r/t”) coach airfare (via airline carrier(s) selected by Sponsor) between the major US gateway city airport closest to the winner’s home and a Southern California airport selected by the Sponsor, (ii) one (1) night accommodations (1 standard room, double occupancy) at a LA area hotel selected by Sponsor (“Hotel”), (iii) a check in the amount of $200; and (iv) opportunity to participate in the Event (specifics of the Event; restaurant, meal, time at sole discretion of Sponsor). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $1,750.00.

FIRST PRIZE (1): The First Prize shall consist of a Battlestar Galactica Complete Series DVD Collection (ARV: $279.98).

SECOND PRIZE (1): The Second Prize shall consist of a Battlestar Galactica: The Plan DVD (ARV $26.98).
