Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. ET on June 1, 2010 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on August 31, 2010 (“Promotion Period”).

Prize (s):

GRAND PRIZE (1): One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive:

• Roundtrip coach air travel for winner and three (3) guests from a major metropolitan airport close to the winner’s home to Los Angeles, CA. (Guests must be 18 years of age or older or accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. Traveling parent or legal guardian fills 1 of the 3 guest spots available);
• Four (4) days and three (3) nights accommodations in Malibu, CA;
• Roundtrip limousine service to/from the airport from the Winner’s home;
• Roundtrip limousine service to/from Los Angeles Airport (LAX) to hotel;
• Two (2) dinners out for 4 people with limousine transportation;
• Three (3) breakfast meals at accommodations in Malibu, CA;
• Beach activity with limousine transportation;
• Round of golf including clubs and cart with limousine transportation to and from the golf course
• Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize package is $30,000.

FIRST PRIZE (9): Nine (9) First Prize winners will each receive a video game prize pack including 1 (one) branded XBOX live game console, 3 (three) additional XBOX controllers, 4 (four) XBOX games (actual titles to be determined by Sponsor) and 4 (four) pairs of custom Gunnar Optik glasses (ARV $1,662 each).

SECOND PRIZE (15): Fifteen (15) Second Prize winners will each receive a branded poker set (ARV $100 each).

THIRD PRIZE (100): One hundred (100) Third Prize winners will each receive 4 packages of BIC® Flex4™  shavers (ARV $30, or $6.99 per package).
