ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Grand Prize is a trip for Grand Prize Winner (hereinafter, “Prize Winner”) and up to three (3) traveling companions (collectively, “Guests”) to Las Vegas, NV consisting of  round-trip coach class air transportation from the major commercial airport nearest Prize Winner’s permanent residence to Las Vegas, NV for Prize Winner and Guests, three (3) nights hotel accommodations (two (2) double occupancy standard rooms including all taxes and surcharges) at a hotel designated by Sponsor in Las Vegas, NV, four (4) tickets to Mystère by Cirque du Soleil Show in Las Vegas, NV, four (4) passes to a cast member “Meet & Greet” (cast members to be designated by Sponsor and Prize Provider), round-trip ground transportation between the airport and hotel in Las Vegas, NV for Prize Winner and Guests, one (1) dinner for Prize Winner and Guests (alcoholic beverages not included), one (1) spa treatment each for Prize Winner and Guests, and one (1) Mystère Gift Bag each for Prize Winner and Guests. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $7,950
