Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the US, who are currently residing in one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, as of the date of their entry.

Promotion Period : Begins at 12:00:01 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on 7/1/11 and ends at 11:59:59 pm ET on 7/31/11

Limit : Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes one (1) time only throughout the entire Sweepstakes Period.

Prize (s) :

“Grand Prize” (1): A 3-Day/2-Night trip, for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest, to Los Angeles to attend a limited access Incubus concert in a small venue, and possibly to meet and greet certain Breaking Bad cast members. This Grand Prize package consists of (a) round-trip coach class air transportation for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest from a major U.S. gateway airport near the Grand Prize winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor), to a major U.S. gateway airport near Los Angeles (as determined by Sponsor); (b) two (2) nights double occupancy standard hotel accommodations at a hotel of Sponsor’s selection; (c) round trip ground transportation to/from the airport near Los Angeles, to/from the Sponsor selected hotel; and (d) access for the Grand Prize winner and his/her guest to the limited access Incubus concert which will take place in a TBD small venue, where they may have the chance to meet and greet certain cast members of Breaking Bad (exact cast members, location, duration, and specifics of the intimate concert will be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion at a later date). ARV of the Grand Prize is two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500).
