Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the forty eight (48) contiguous United States and District of Columbia, EXCLUDING ALASKA AND HAWAII. Entrants must be at least twenty one (21) years of age or older at time of entry.

Promotion Period : Commences at 12:00:01 AM (ET) on March 28, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on April 25, 2011

Prize (s) :

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (the “Guest”) to attend MTVN’s Spring Break, currently contemplated to take place on or around March 6, 2012 through on or around March 9, 2012 to a location to be determined in MTVN’s sole discretion (the “Destination”). The trip will include: (i) roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall originate from a major airport of Sponsor’s choice nearest Grand Prize Winner’s primary residence to the Destination; (ii) four (4) nights hotel accommodations based on double occupancy in Destination for Grand Prize Winner and Guest. One (1) hotel room will be provided for Grand Prize Winner and Guest (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included); (iii) roundtrip ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest (to be taken together) between airport and hotel in Destination (iv) VIP experience for Grand Prize Winner and Guest to MTVN events taking place at the Destination to be determined by MTVN in its sole discretion (the “Grand Prize”). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $2,500.
