Eligibility : Offered and open to persons who are: (a) Registered Users (as defined below); (b) legal residents of one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or District of Columbia; and (c) at least 18 or age of majority in their state of residence and older, at the date of entry in this Sweepstakes.

Promotion Period : The early sign-up process begins on February 7, 2011 and ends at 5:00:00 PM PT on February 13, 2011. The Sweepstakes Entry Period (“Sweepstakes Entry Period”) begins on February 13, 2011 at 5:00:00 PM PT and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on February 13, 2011.

Prize (s) :

One grand prize (“Grand Prize”) shall be awarded which consists of a two (2) night trip for two to Los Angeles, California, including roundtrip airfare, hotel accommodations, two (2) tickets to the 2012 Grammy Awards and Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) of spending money. Total approximate retail value of Grand Prize is Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($3,500.00)

Winner List : For the name of the Grand Prize Winner send a self-addressed stamped envelope for receipt by February 28, 2011 to “Winner’s list CBS.com Watch & Go” c/o CBS Interactive Inc., 1401 W. Cypress Creek Rd., Suite 200, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309. For Official Rules mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to the above address marked “Official Rules: CBS.com Watch & Go ” Rules for receipt by February 15, 2011 (residents of VT. may omit postage). The full name of the Grand Prize Winner may be posted and the Official Rules will be posted on the CBS Service.
