Champion Mix/Match & Marathon Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Champion Mix/Match & Marathon Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is offered only to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, who are at least 21 years old at the time of entry. In order to be confirmed as a winner, entrants must be physically able to run in a 13.1 mile half-marathon by November 2014.

Promotion Period : Sweepstakes begins on January 8, 2014, at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on February 28, 2014, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotional Period”).

Prize (s) :

GRAND PRIZE: Two (2) Grand Prize winners will each receive a vacation getaway for winner and one (1) guest to participate in the 2014 Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon scheduled for November 6 – 9, 2014 at the Walt Disney World® Resort. Prize package includes:

(a) One (1) Champion apparel outfit for the winner consisting of one (1) jacket, one (1) pant, one (1) short, one (1) t-shirt, and one (1) sports bra (female) or compression underwear (male); approximate retail value $200.

(b) Entry fee for winner and one (1) guest to enter and participate in the 2014 Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon; approximate retail value $350.

(c) Round-trip coach-class air transportation for winner and one (1) guest between the major United States gateway airport closest to winner’s residence (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and the Orlando International Airport; provided, however, if winner resides within 200 miles of the Walt Disney World® Resort, air fare shall not be provided to the winner, but instead winner shall be provided ground transportation as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner will be responsible for any fees or additional costs, if any, associated with the travel including, but not limited to, up-charges for seat changes, food and beverage costs, baggage charges, and any flight itinerary changes made after travel plans have been confirmed.

(d) Roundtrip airport ground transfers via Disney’s Magical Express Service between the destination airport and the Walt Disney World Resort.

(e) One (1) standard room (double occupancy) for three (3) consecutive nights at a Walt Disney World® Resort hotel in a “Moderate” category under Disney’s system of classification of its hotels, selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

(f) Twelve (12) 1-Day Magic Your Way Tickets with Park Hopper® Option, each of which provides the opportunity to visit any or all of the following theme parks which are located at the Walt Disney World® Resort on the same day: Magic Kingdom® Park, Epcot®, Disney’s Hollywood Studios®, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Park.

(g) One (1) Disney Gift Card, valued at two-hundred dollars ($200). The Disney Gift Card will not be replaced if lost, destroyed, or stolen. The Disney Gift Card is subject to all the terms and conditions generally applicable to the Disney Gift Card Program.

Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is $4,948.68, for a total prize value of $9,897.36.
