Claire’s Cody Simpson Flyaway Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Offered only in the United States to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and the District of Columbia) excluding Puerto Rico, who are at least thirteen (13) years old at time of entry and who had online access on or before March 7, 2012.

Promotion Period : Begins March 7, 2012 at 7:00PM Eastern Standard Time (”EST”) and ends 6:00PM EST on May 7, 2012

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person, per e-mail address and per household.

Prize (s) :

One (1) Grand Prize Winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) will receive a trip for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest at a future date to attend a Cody Simpson concert at a location and on dates to be determined in Sponsor’s discretion. The trip consists solely of two (2) round-trip, economy class airfare tickets from a major airport near the winner’s residence in the United States (as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion): Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $2000; hotel accommodations (based on double occupancy) for two (2) nights on dates to be determined solely by Sponsor: ARV $500; two (2) gift cards worth $200 each: ARV $200, merchandise package including an autographed poster: ARV $5; autographed CD: ARV $6 and t-shirt: ARV $20; a meet-and-greet with Cody Simpson for winner and guest: ARV $0.00; and two (2) tickets to see Cody Simpson in concert on his upcoming national tour on a date and at a location to be determined solely by Sponsor dependant upon final tour schedule: ARV $100. Total ARV for the Grand Prize is $2631.

Three (3) Runner-Up Winners(Runner-Up Winners) will each receive: one (1) stroll slim fit t-shirt: ARV $20; one (1) Diecute “I Heart Cody” wristband: ARV $6; one (1) 11×17 locker poster: ARV $5; one (1) button pack: ARV $5; one (1) guitar photo baseball raglan: ARV $25; one (1) coast-to-coast EP: ARV $6; one (1) dog tag: ARV $12; and one (1) gift card worth $100: ARV $100. Total ARV for each Runner-Up package is $400.
