Eligibility : The Clarks Soho Chic Sweepstakes Styled by Lucky (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and of the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. Promotion Period : The Sweepstakes begins on March 5, 2014 at 12:00:01 AM EST and ends on April 3, 2014 at 11:59:59 PM EST (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit : Limit one (1) Standard Entry per person and five (5) Friend Entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period, for a maximum of six (6) total entries per person.

Prize (s) :

One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize consists of (i) a two thousand dollar ($2,000) prepaid Visa Gift Card, (ii) a two (2) hour shopping trip with a Lucky Style Expert (any purchases made during the shopping trip will be at the expense of the Grand Prize Winner), (iii) a travel voucher worth one thousand one hundred and ninety-five dollars ($1,195) (payable in the form of a check) intended for use towards airfare and a two night stay in New York City, and (iii) a one year subscription to Lucky Magazine. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: Three thousand two hundred and thirty-five U.S. dollars ($3,235);

Four (4) Weekly Prizes: each Weekly Prize consists of a four hundred dollar ($400) Clarks Gift Card and a one year subscription to Lucky Magazine. ARV of each Weekly Prize: four hundred and forty U.S. dollars ($440) (collectively, “Prizes”).
