Coca-Cola American Idol Package Sweepstakes 2009

Eligibility : Coca-Cola American Idol Package Sweepstakes 2009 (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Coca-Cola American Idol Package Sweepstakes 2009 begins February 5, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET, April 18, 2009 (the “Promotion Period”)

How To Enter :

a. Reserve the Coca-Cola American Idol Package online at a participating Hilton Family hotel: Visit cokeamericanidolpackage.com, during the Promotion Period and follow the links and instructions to reserve a room online for at least a 1-night stay to be completed between February 13 and April 19, 2009 at a participating Hilton Family hotel with the Coca-Cola American Idol Package which includes two bottles or cans of Coca-Cola®, Diet Coke® or Coca-Cola Zero® per night of stay. To find a list of participating Hilton Family hotels, click here. You will automatically receive 1 entry into the Sweepstakes for your room reservation.

b. Free Method of Entry: To enter without making a reservation, hand-print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address (if any), age on a 3″ x 5″ piece of paper and mail it with proper postage to “Coca-Cola American Idol Package Sweepstakes 2009”, c/o ePrize, LLC, P.O. Box 8070, Royal Oak, MI 48068-8070. You will receive 1 entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit: 1 per envelope. All mail-in entries must be handwritten. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by April 18, 2009 and received by April 25, 2009. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified.

Limit : Each participant may enter 1 time during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry.

Prize (s):

1 GRAND PRIZE: A Trip for 2 to Los Angeles, CA to attend the American Idol Season 8 Finale scheduled for the evenings of May 19 and May 20, 2009. Trip package includes roundtrip coach-class air transportation for 2 from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles, CA; 4 days and 3 nights accommodations at The Beverly Hilton Hotel (single room, double occupancy); 2 tickets to the American Idol Season 8 Finale (seating determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) for each of the two nights, May 19 and May 20, 2009; 1 dinner for 2 at Circa 55 (a dinner voucher in the amount of $200 will be provided); ground transportation to and from the Los Angeles airport and hotel and show tapings; 1-year supply of Coca-Cola beverages (quantity and brands to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and an exclusive American Idol luxury bathrobe (size determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). 1 SECOND PRIZE: Certificate for a weekend stay at the Hilton Grand Vacations Club in Las Vegas, NV. ARV: $925.

1 THIRD PRIZE: Certificate for a weekend stay at the Hilton Grand Vacations Club in Orlando, FL. ARV: $925.

1 FOURTH PRIZE: $500 Hilton Hotel weekend stay certificate for one room at any U.S. Hilton hotel. Certificate restrictions apply. ARV: $500.
