Eligibility : Only legal U.S. residents who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and reside in the Time Warner Cable Texas Region service area are eligible to enter.

Promotion Period : The Cotton Patch Hawaiian Vacation Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on or about July 26, 2010 at 12:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) and ends on August 22nd, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. CT (the “Promotion Period”).

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize is available. The Grand Prize consists of a four (4) night/five (5) day trip for the winner and one (1) guest to Lihue, Hawaii. The prize includes round-trip, coach-class air transportation for the winner and one (1) guest from the major airport nearest winner’s residence (as determined at the sole discretion of Turner), four (4) nights’ hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy) at the St. Regis Princeville Kauai, ground transportation allowance, an invitation to a welcome reception, choice of activity from a list provided by Turner, and an invitation to a farewell dinner. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $6,700.

All such requests must be received within six (6) weeks after the end of the Promotion Period.
