Eligibility : Open only to persons who are, as of entry, 21 years of age or older; legal resident of, and physically located within the 48 contiguous United States and D.C.

Promotion Period : From 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on December 11, 2012 through 11:59:59 p.m. ET on January 8, 2013 (“Sweepstakes Period”)

Prize (s) :

One (1) Grand Prize Winner and a guest will receive a three (3) day/two (2) night domestic US trip to Napa Valley, California, at an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of approximately Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($4,500US). The trip will include the following: (a) round-trip coach-class air transportation for two (2) from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s residence to a major U.S. gateway airport nearest Napa Valley, California; (b) ground transportation from the Napa Valley area airport to the hotel; (c) hotel accommodations for two, one (1) room, double-occupancy at The Carneros Inn; and (d) ground transportation to a wine tour and picnic; (e) two dinners, location to be determined by Sponsor; and (f) ground transportation from the hotel to the Napa Valley area airport.

Winner List : For the names of the winners, available after February 8, 2013, send a self-addressed, stamped, envelope to: Cougar Town TBS Napa Valley Sweepstakes winners, 1050 Techwood Drive, Atlanta, GA 30318. Winner’s list requests must be received by May 13, 2013.
