Diamond Nuts Recipe Challenge

Eligibility : The Diamond Nuts Recipe Challenge is open to legal residents of the United States residing in the United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico and all other territories) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of Contest registration.

Promotion Period : The Diamond Nuts Recipe Challenge (“Contest”) begins at 3:00:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on Monday, March 2, 2009 and ends at 3:00:00 PM ET on Thursday, April 30, 2009.

How To Enter : To enter the Contest, visit the Diamond Nuts website at www.diamondnuts.com/recipe_challenge, and complete the online registration form in all required areas with your true and correct information. Once complete, you will be taken to another page to enter your recipe name, description, ingredients used, instructions, summary, serving amount, the type of Diamond nut you used the type of dish you are entering and optional photographs. Once this information is entered, you must click submit.

Limit : one (1) entry per person for the length of the Contest.

Prize (s):
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest will be flown to Napa Valley, California in 2010 to attend a one (1) day cooking class at the Culinary Institute of America and tour up to three (3) Napa Valley wineries. Winner will also have their winning recipe printed on a bag of Diamond Shelled Nuts. Trip to Napa Valley will be for 4 days and 3 nights and includes round trip coach air transportation between major commercial airport nearest Grand Prize winner’s residence for Grand Prize winner and his/her guest, three (3) day rental of a mid-sized sedan to be picked up and dropped off at the destination airport, one (1) day rental of a limousine for seven (7) hours to be used for transportation to and from each winery during the winery tours, and three (3) nights standard double occupancy accommodations at a hotel or Bed and Breakfast designated by Sponsor. Approximate retail value (ARV) of the Grand Prize trip: $6,375.00.

THREE (3) FIRST PLACE PRIZES: One (1) 9-Piece All-Clad Cookware set. ARV: $687/set

TWENTY FIVE (25) SECOND PLACE PRIZES: One (1) Diamond Nuts Gift Package. ARV: $25/pack
