Eligibility : Discover Baja Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older and have Internet access as of July 14, 2009.

Promotion Period : The Discover Baja Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 15, 2009 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on August 31, 2009.

Prize (s):

Grand Prize: a trip for four people to Los Cabos in Baja California, Mexico. The prize trip consists of round trip coach air travel for four people from a major commercial airport near winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor), standard double occupancy hotel accommodations for four nights, a choice of activities suggested by Sponsor which may include scuba-diving lessons, deep sea fishing, whale-watching and/or a round of golf. Expenses not specified are winner’s responsibility. Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is $10,000.
