Eligibility : Disgruntled Elf Creative Photo Contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and The District of Columbia, 21 years or older.

Promotion Period : Between 12:01 a.m. (Eastern Standard Time) on 11/1/09 and 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) on 1/3/10

How To Enter : Log on to www.CheeseburgerinParadise.com/DisgruntledElf and follow on-screen instructions to register and submit your image featuring your ‘Disgruntled Face’ and 100 words or less about how Cheeseburger in Paradise ‘Ungruntles’ you (makes you happy).

Limit : Entrants may enter more than once, but each entry must be unique and follow the requirements listed or entry will be disqualified.

Prize Inclusions:

• Round-trip airfare to Jamaica from any U.S.  Airport serviced by United Airlines
• Ground transportation to/from airport and resort, once in Jamaica
• 5-days/4-nights for two people- one room, double occupancy

• All on-property meals and snacks, beverages, including alcoholic beverages
• Holiday black-out dates apply.   Valid for one year from the date of the award.

One (1) first runner-up will receive a Cheeseburger in Paradise certificate for dinner for ten, which are redeemable until January 12, 2011. Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) for the one (1) first runner-up prize package is $250.

Third – Fifth Place will receive $50 in Tickets to Paradise good at any Cheeseburger in Paradise location which are redeemable until January 12, 2011.

Sixth – Tenth Place will receive $25 in Tickets to Paradise good at any Cheeseburger in Paradise location which are redeemable until January 12, 2011.
