Eligibility : Open only to persons who upon Entry are not minors (as defined by state of primary residence, “Minor”), are legal residents physically located within the 50 United States or D.C. (collectively, “Territory”)

Promotion Period : Beginning at 12:01 A.M., February 28, 2011 and ending at 11:59:59 P.M., March 31, 2011

Limit : Entries are limited to one (1) Entry per person/Address per Day, which is a maximum of 32 Entries allowed during the Entry Period (regardless of whether one person has more than one Address or more than one person use the same Address)

Prize (s) :

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE:  A four (4) day / three (3) night trip for winner and three (3) guests (“Group”) to New York, NY (“City”) to visit the Disney Store in Times Square (“Event”), on Sponsor-selected dates (“Trip”), consisting of the following elements for the Group: [a] hotel accommodations (one standard room/quad occupancy, including room tax) for three (3) nights; [b]  hotel/Event transfers; [c] one (1) $500 gift card for the winner; [d] one (1) Winnie the Pooh prize pack for winner; [e]if winner’s residence is located more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from the City, round-trip coach air transportation on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) and a Sponsor-selected major airport in or near the City; but if winner’s residence is located two hundred fifty (250) miles or less from the City, then round-trip ground transportation via a Sponsor-selected method between winner’s residence and the hotel and [f] airport/hotel transfers if air transportation is provided.Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $6,095

FIVE (5) First Prizes: one (1) Winnie the Pooh prize pack (ARV: $75-$100 ea.).
