Eligibility : Open only to persons, who are, as of Entry, 8 years of age or older, legal residents of, and physically located within, the 50 United States or D.C., (collectively, “Territory”)

Promotion Period : Beginning at 12:01 A.M., April 25, and ending at 11:59:59 P.M., May 27, 2012 (“Entry Period”).

Limit : Entries are limited to one (1) Entry per person/Cell/Address per day (regardless of whether one person has more than one Cell/Address or more than one person use the same Cell/Address).

Prize (s) :

TWENTY SIX (26) GRAND PRIZES: a five (5) day / four (4) night trip for winner and three (3) guests (individually, “Guest”) (collectively, “Group”) to Walt Disney World® Resort near Orlando, Florida (“City”) on August 23-27, 2012 (dates subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion), for the End of Summer Party with Phineas and Ferb (“Event”) consisting of the following elements (“Trip”): [a] hotel accommodations (one standard room/quad occupancy, including room tax) for four (4) nights; [b] four (4) 5-Day Magic Your Way Tickets with Park Hopper® Option and Water Park Fun & More Option; [c] a Disney Gift Card with a value of seven hundred fifty dollars ($750), [d] admission to the Event, [e] if winner’s residence is located more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from City, round-trip coach air transportation on an Administrator-selected carrier between an Administrator-selected major metropolitan airport near winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) and Orlando International Airport; but if winner’s residence is located two hundred fifty (250) miles or less from City, then round-trip ground transportation via an Administrator-selected method between winner’s residence and the hotel and [f] airport/hotel transfers if air transportation is provided. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,887.88, which will vary depending upon point of departure and seasonal fluctuation of hotel rates and airfares.

ONE HUNDRED AND FOUR (104) FIRST PRIZES: one (1) $50 Target GiftCard redeemable at any Target store or Target.com (ARV: $50).
