Disney Sleeping Beauty: Once Upon A Dream Sweepstakes – A Magical Vacation For 4 To The Disneyland Resort

If you are a DMR member, complete the entry form available at http://www.disneymovierewards.go.com/promotions/sweepstakes/BeautySweeps as directed to enter.
If you are not a DMR member, join Disney Movie Rewards at http://disneymovierewards.go.com/login-or-register.htm then enter following the instructions mentioned above.

Additional Entries.
Redeem DMR points for up to 99 additional Sweepstakes entries during the Sweepstakes Period, with each such additional Sweepstakes entry qualifying you for one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes drawing.
For each additional entry you choose to redeem, five (5) DMR points will be deducted from your account.

You may also receive up to ninety nine (99) additional Sweepstakes entries into the Sweepstakes drawing without redeeming DMR points by hand printing your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, the email address associated with your DMR account, and your age on a 3½” x 5″ card and mailing it with proper postage to Disney Sleeping Beauty: Once Upon A Dream Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 1029, Neenah, WI 54956-1029.
Entries must be postmarked by January 30, 2015. You will be entered into the Sweepstakes one (1) time for each 3½” x 5″ card received by February 6, 2015, for up to ninety nine (99) mail-in entries.

Limit.
Entrants are limited to up to one hundred (100) Sweepstakes entries in total during the Sweepstakes Period through a combination of the methods described above.

Entry Dates.
Entries must be completed and submitted between September 8, 2014 and January 30, 2015.

Eligibility. Participation into this sweepstakes is open to entrants who, at the time of entry, are:

• (a) natural persons who are legal residents of one of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or Canada (excluding Quebec);
• (b) 13 years of age or older;
• (c) members of Disney Movie Rewards Loyalty Program.

Prizes.

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a 4 day/3 night vacation package to the Disneyland® Resort in Anaheim, California for winner and up to three (3) travel companions. The Grand Prize will include:

• [a] roundtrip coach/economy class airfare for the Group between the major commercial airport closest to the Grand Prize winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and a Southern California airport selected by the Sponsor;
• [b] a voucher for roundtrip airport ground transfers between the destination airport and the Resort for the Group, such transportation to be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion;
• [c] room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room for three (3) consecutive nights at a Resort or Resort area hotel as selected by the Sponsor in its sole discretion;
• [d] Disneyland® Resort 4-Day Park Hopper® Tickets for the Group;
• [e] one (1) Disney Gift Card with a value of four hundred dollars (US$400), subject to restrictions;
• [f] one (1) Welcome Basket, as determined solely by the Sponsor (for the Grand Prize winner only);
• [g] one (1) Bibiddi Bobiddi Boutique Package for one (1) travel companion ages three (3) to twelve (12), who can choose from three (3) hair styles – Fairytale Princess, Disney Diva, or Pop Princess (up to two hundred fifty dollars (US$250); restrictions apply);
• [h] one (1) Disney Character Meet and Greet with a photo opportunity;
• [i] one (1) Disney Character Dining experience for the Group;
• [j] Premium Viewing or VIP seating for the Group at Fantasmic! or another show or parade as selected by the Sponsor.

Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is USD $6,344.00 / CAD $6,823.56.

Fifty (50) first prize winners will each receive a Once Upon a Dream book.
The ARV of each First Prize is USD $40 / CAD $40.
The ARV of all First Prizes is USD $2,000 / CAD $2,000.

One Hundred (100) second prize winners will each receive a “Walt Disney Records The Legacy Collection: Sleeping Beauty” collectible 2-CD Set.
The ARV of each Second Prize is USD $19.98 / CAD $21.49.
The ARV of all Second Prizes is USD $1,998 / CAD $2,149.

One Hundred (100) third prize winners will each receive a one (1)-year subscription (six (6) issues) to Disney Princess Magazine published by Redan Publishing Inc.
The ARV of each Third Prize is USD $29.94 / CAD $32.34.
The ARV of all Third Prizes is USD $2,994 / CAD $3,234.
