Disney Xbox It’s More Fun Time With Jonas Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open only to persons, who are, as of Entry, 8 years of age or older, legal residents of, and physically located within, the 50 United States or D.C., excluding Maine residents younger than 18, (collectively, “Territory”)

Promotion Period : You may enter the Disney Xbox It’s More Fun Time With Jonas Sweepstakes during the period beginning at 12:01 A.M., November 16, and ending at 11:59:59 P.M., December 27, 2009 (“Entry Period”).

How To Enter : You may enter by logging onto Disney.com/MoreFunTime (“Website”) and following the “How to Enter” instructions (“Online Entry”).

Limit : Entries are limited to one (1) Entry per person/Cell/Address per day (regardless of whether one person has more than one Cell/Address or more than one person use the same Cell/Address). Maximum of 42 Entries allowed during the Entry Period.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A three (3) day / two (2) night trip for winner and three (3) guests (collectively, “Group”) to Los Angeles, CA (“City”), on Sponsor-selected dates (“Trip”) to visit the set (“Set”) of the “JONAS The Series” or other venue (as determined solely by Sponsor), and meet the Jonas Brothers (“Meet and Greet”), consisting of the following elements for the Group: [1] hotel accommodations (one standard room/quad occupancy, including room tax) for two (2) nights; [2] a Meet and Greet with the Jonas Brothers in which the Jonas Brothers play Xbox with the winner (subject to availability); [3] hotel/Set transfers; [4] if winner’s residence is located more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from the City, round-trip coach air transportation between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) and a Sponsor-selected airport in or near the City; but if winner’s residence is located two hundred fifty (250) miles or less from the City, round-trip ground transportation via a Sponsor-selected method between winner’s residence and the hotel; [5] airport/hotel transfers and [6] two (2) Xbox Game Systems for winner. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,200
